Closely linked to the Department of Economics is the Graz Schumpeter Centre, which organizes the highly regarded Graz Schumpeter Lectures, the Economic Policy Forum and a Summer School every two years, and the interdisciplinary Wegener Centre for Climate and Global Change as well as the profile-forming area Complexity of Life (COLIBRI).
The department publishes its own working paper series, the Graz Economics Papers, which is available both on the open access publication server of the University Library and RePEc.
