Ao.Univ.-Prof. Dr. Daniel Eckert
Prof. Eckert ist Vorsitzender der Curricula-Kommission Volkswirtschaftslehre.
In seiner Forschung beschäftigt er sich im Wesentlichen mit Kollektiventscheidungen (Social Choice Theory). Dabei geht es im Besonderen um die Verallgemeinerung der Aggregation von Präferenzen auf beliebige Information (Judgment aggregation). Weitere Forschungsaspekte sind die Geschichte der Kollektiventscheidungstheorie und die Frage der Gerechtigkeit bzw. Ungleichheit in Kollektiventscheidungen.
